This is was the term-long project for Design Leadership at Georgetown University. Students were tasked with identifying a consumer problem and present a solution based of off research and the design thinking process.
In this course, students focus on developing the ability to effectively lead creative teams within the design sector. Key learning objectives include:

Enhancing skills in delivering constructive design critiques.

Learning to motivate, inspire, and influence creative professionals.

Gaining proficiency in facilitating and overseeing the creative process.
The course emphasizes the dual aspects of being a visual designer and a leader, preparing students to navigate and manage the complexities of creative projects and teams.
